Hello Expanse Community. These are difficult and unprecedented times we are witnessing. The focus is squarely now back on human health and we have seen even the systems of developed nations crumble under the sheer pressure of a pandemic. Our strategies have been proven hollow. It is now more than ever to focus on the health of an individual to reduce the strain on a nation’s healthcare system. That brings us to our small yet important endeavor to create a health app that solves one problem. It also helps us to hedge the crypto market so that we can have lifelong USD funding.
In another set of events we just had a hardfork a few weeks ago that makes GEXP more interoperable with eth, etc and makes zk more accessible.
I wish to reiterate that development isn’t my sole responsibility, it is the collective responsibility of the entire community. While the core team can envisage a lot of development, we cannot fight on all fronts. I invite all developers to actively participate in the development process as it incentivises all of us.
The global pandemic has pushed the entire world into an abyss of economic depression. Thousands of businesses around the world have suffered and millions of employees have had to face the brunt by being laid off. This has created another problem for the crypto industry as well, since the potential pool of retail investors could well shy away from the industry and find safer ways to save money for basic human necessities. This necessitates us to focus on new ways to fund Expanse development. We have a few ideas and we are working on them. Hope we see those ideas coming to fruition soon.
